Rentals from R75/sqm. Unit sizes from 500sqm to 50,000sqm. Minimum 6.5m height to eaves, can do higher if required. Dock levellers yes, on request. Have flexibility to cater for tenant requirements during construction.

Generally, we work on 2 bays per 100sqm of office space and 1 bay per 100sqm of warehouse space.

Borehole water- all water reticulation will be installed and fitted into each building. Metered and billed as per Joburg Water Tariffs.
Fibre connection available to all tenants/owners to contact their preferred ISP.
Electricity- Clean solar energy is supplied to all tenants/owners. PPA signed with Malibongwe Utilities.
Does being off the grid mean the rent is more expensive or is it the same as other business parks?
Water and electricity are charged at competitive rates. Unlike Eskom, electricity price increases will be more in line with inflation.
Rental wise, we believe we are very competitive.
